A gentle and deep workout on our body's structures aiming at releasing the tensions and regain flexibility, alignment, fluidity, coordination, balance.
Workshop open to all
19.50 - 20.50 Oriental dance and rhythm
Oriental dance approached through traditional rhythms and fundamental movements, in order to retrieve its authenticity and connection with the cultures of origin.
A background in Oriental dance, or at least a natural ease of movement, is recommended. Knowing how to use cane, zills or veil is not necessary.
Price and registration
1 evening x 1 workshop = 15€ - 1 evening x 2 workshops = 25€
2 evenings x 1 workshop = 25€ - 2 evenings x 2 workshops = 42€
3 evenings x 1 workshop = 36€ - 3 evenings x 2 workshops = 60€
Each workshop can be attended separately.
