Thematic sessions are the opportunity to focus on a part of the body for a deep workout. Open to all

20:15-21:15 Oriental dance

Three special edition lessons where we'll work on the foundations of the Oriental movement : rhythm, flow of energy, connexions... For persons with some experience already
